Direct Debit Transaction Management
For security reasons we can't show the user screens associated with this software. However, it
automates the tasks associated with carrying out the direct debit transactions,
issuing and distributing tickets, managing Passenger Charter refunds and writing form letters to customers.

The functions are as follows:
- Maintain customer personal information: address, bank details, payment dates.
- Maintain customer ticket information: ticket type, zone coverage, ticket price, monthly start date.
- Process direct debits: produce list of customers whose transactions are due, allow editing of the list as required, create file of transactions for direct export to the bank, produce a summary financial report of the transactions carried out, produce address labels for the customers whose tickets are due to be sent out. The system is geared to create batch jobs only for days when banks are able to receive transactions: transactions due at weekends or on bank holidays are automatically rolled up until the next bank working day.
- Produce letters and labels: several standard letters are available for mail merging. Those due to be sent out at a certain time to, for example, new customers are produced automatically when the user sets a date.
- Manage Passenger Charter refunds: at a customer's twelve-month anniversary as a monthly ticket user, where a refund is required because of poor punctuality or reliability, the system will produce the required letter automatically with customer-specific data inserted.
- Screens are available for users and administrators to review transactions and other tasks carried out using the system.
