CustomerBase
CustomerBase was written in response to a client's
requirement to store and analyse urban transport network season
ticket sales and responses to marketing campaigns. Users can:
- import campaign response and ticket sales records from external files
- de-dupe 'incoming' customers
- analyse customers' travel habits and season ticket purchasing patterns,
applying parameters in order to retrieve data on target customer groups
(customer types, postcode searches, travel modes etc)
- export lists to Excel or Access for mailmerges etc.
