Travel back in time to the age of steam with the Caledonian Railway!

Welcome to the age of steam!

Steam every Sunday!

Steam trains officially stopped running on the mainline on 11th August 1968, but here at the Caledonian Railway you can enjoy the delights of steam every summer Sunday.

Take a leisurely ride to Bridge of Dun on one of our steam hauled trains.

The Angus countryside is magnificent at this time of year, so you may like to include a trip to the National Trust property at House of Dun during your visit. This is a mere twenty minute walk from our station, and you can jump on a later train to return to Brechin.
